Disaster Preparedness Survey – Your Help is Needed!
Preparing for an emergency or a disaster is critical for maintaining effective and efficient early learning services for families and children. The Early Childhood Investment Corporation is partnering with Dr. Hashikawa, a University of Michigan pediatrician and Michigan Child Care Contact for the American Academy of Pediatrics, to understand and obtain valuable information from programs and providers about their current level of disaster and emergency preparedness.
A short survey has been created to capture opinions, readiness, and future training/education needs from programs and providers. The goal is to gain a program-wide view of preparedness. The survey will be open until April 30, 2014.
